The Emcy Awards Foundation Board of Governors

The Emcy Award Foundation's Board of Governors is the "Think Tank" of the Foundation. It is responsible for creating the "big" picture and the strategies for the Foundation, create a vision and provide advice. The governors meet at least once a year to review the affairs of the foundation, and make recommendations. As the Governors are from coast to coast the Board of Governors may decide to have their meetings as teleconferences.
